On line sales Specialist
In this role, you will drive online revenue through direct sales calls throughout your market on a daily basis. You will become a resource and a messenger for video products and distribution. Your strong sales ability, entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded attitude and willingness to be trained/coached will help you to excel in this new and exciting role.
Responsibilities
- Successfully execute compelling presentations & online product demonstrations (both tag-team & direct sales approach)
- Provide weekly call reports and sales results to develop strategies to ensure superior execution
- Work through objections and overcome obstacles with the goal of superior customer satisfaction at all times
- Work in partnership with all associated future partners,and to establish clear communication on product development and revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to the success and growth of the sales team and to online revenue overall
- Maintain consistent growth with new client meetings on a weekly basis
Qualifications
- A proven track record working in a sales environment where your role has been to drive revenue
- Minimum 5 years in direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role (preference given to newspaper/online sales experience
- Coachable and open-minded with a willingness to be trained and develope
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and creative skill
- Strong multitasking skills with a drive for results
- Well versed in Internet revenue vehicles and trends with an active interest in the digital space
- Strong problem solving skills and capacity for strategic thinking
- Ability to interact with cross functional teams, salespeople, senior business people
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Understanding of specific web technologies an asset

Systems analyst
The position is to support a workflow application via telephone and remote control
Responsibilities are to support the application – handling all incoming calls; day to day handling of issues & problems; working with the vendor; QA of the environment; release notes; coordination and communication.
Qualifications
- Combination of BA/SA
- Oracle; Oracle PL/SQL; trouble-shooting SQL; Java; Jasper
- There won’t be DEVELOPMENT, per se, but they must be able to understand the code. There may be some custom in-house development (integrating it with SAP and LLink)
- User Interface Development
- Familiarity with database and server administration
- Understanding of networking and web environments
- Excellent verbal/written skills, Report Writing
- Excellent customer service/problem solving/analytical skills
For these roles you also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You have the proven ability to provide service, develop consensus and successfully manage relationships. And most of all, you are a team-player known for your positive, “can-do” attitude and customer-focused approach!
